ColombiniDesign has always invested in the training of its collaborators, the main goal being the consolidation of roles inside the internal organisation. In order to achieve this, it was necessary to continually provide new stimuli to the designers of our team by involving them directly in the achievement of the result and progressively increasing the range of responsibility and freedom of action. Today we can rely on the support of a large number of designers and technicians who have followed much of the evolution of our company, being the creators, through their commitment and professionalism.
